Terms and Conditions for 88milyon Players

1. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 88milyon, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of 88milyon.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from 88milyon for any reason.

By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that all of the above conditions apply to you. 88milyon reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any point and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

2. Account Registration

Each person may only hold one active 88milyon account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether to claim bonuses multiple times or for any other reason — is a violation of these terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and any pending winnings being forfeited.

When you register with 88milyon, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued ID.
• A valid and active email address that you have access to.
• A valid Philippine mobile number.
• Your date of birth.

Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure without notice. 88milyon may request Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including submission of a government-issued ID (SSS, PhilSys, passport, driver's licence, or UMID).

3. Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88milyon login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone, including friends or family members. 88milyon will never ask for your password via email or chat.

4. Deposits & Payments

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your 88milyon account within minutes, depending on the payment channel used. 88milyon does not charge a processing fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All funds deposited into your 88milyon account must come from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party funding — where someone else's payment account is used to top up your 88milyon balance — is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for your last deposit, where applicable.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet are generally completed within one business day.
• Before your first withdrawal, 88milyon may request identity verification documents. This is a standard KYC requirement and is not unique to any individual account.
